African Roots Accommodation

All units have individual entrances to the parking, garden, or pool area.

Breakfast is included and dinner is served on request.

The double rate is for two people on a Bed and Breakfast basis.

All units are equipped with a television and DSTV decoder. Coffee and Tea facilities are provided in all rooms.

The honesty bar can be stocked with a variety of wines, beers, and soft drinks on request.

Booking Information

Rates are per night and include breakfast.

All bookings must be pre-paid to confirm the booking.

Dinner can be arranged but must be ordered 24 hours before the day of check-in.

A set menu is served but can be amended for guests with dietary requirements.

Children under twelve sharing with an adult will be charged 50% of the rate.

Persons over twelve will be charged the adult rate.

STO rates are 15% off the rack rate and apply to accommodation only.

The above tariffs and conditions are offered in good faith. We reserve the right to re-negotiate any of the aforementioned terms, tariffs or conditions at any time.

Bookings

  • 100% deposit to confirm booking.
  • STO: 15% on rack rates (accommodation only).
  • All prices include 15% VAT.
  • No pets are allowed.

Cancellations

  • If cancelled 60 days before arrival, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be refunded.
  • If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be refunded.
  • If cancelled within 15 days before arrival, 20% of the total price of the reservation will be refunded.
  • If cancelled later or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
