Pets are not allowed.
Can I change my reservation?
Changes to any booking must be done at least 24 hours before arrival. The dates can only be moved if there is availability for your new dates.
If I cancel, will I get a full refund?
To confirm a booking the full price of your stay is payable. If you need to cancel, please take note of our cancellation policy.
If cancelled 60 days before arrival, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be refunded.
If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be refunded.
If cancelled within 15 days before arrival, 20% of the total price of the reservation will be refunded.
If cancelled later or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
What happens if a guest damages a property?
On confirming a booking, you agree to compensate African Roots Guest House for any damages or breakages you or anyone in your group might cause.
Are you in a malaria area?
We do not fall within a malaria area. We suggest that you use a bug spray.
